Right to Know Policy
PURPOSE
The Fuller Public Library has created a Right-to-Know Policy to assist the public with Right-to-Know requests under NH RSA 91-A.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Fuller Public Library will adhere to and follow all state laws in regards to NH RSA 91-A.
The Library Director will be the person to respond to all Right-to-Know requests.
There will be a charge for copies, based on the current rate to patrons, if the requestor would like them.
